I don't like not being smart enough and used to be a smart-ass to cope with the issues that I needed to face.   You don't need a lot of time, you can use this system while you sleep, go for a run, sitting in a plane, walking on the beach, even sitting in the tube, while your cooking, doing the laundry, etc.

Increase Your IQ

 There are a few sites around that can help you become a little smarter like Lumoisty which is the most well know site for this sort of thing and even a few apps like Brain Games for Android devices. But there are others sites that offer the same thing and may even do it differently or you could just spend your whole days reading books, which is not all that bad either if you have the time.

 Give High IQ Pro a shot! Its not all that bad and it's fairly easy to use even for a dummy like me, they even work on PC and Mac systems, and the software can even be used offline.
